Institute of Professional Studies Bajaur (R) is a  Technical and Professional trainings  College Established since 2006.  the Aim behind the establishment of the college is to Educate the youth of District Bajuar nearby districts through various IT Skills and other Technical and professional market oriented trades .   After accomplishing its strength of students i.e. more than 200 hundred students, a need was raised up and on student’s request, the institute was registered/ affiliated with Khyberpakhtunkhwa Trade Testing Board, Peshawar in 2013 and later on with Board of Technical and Commerce Education, Peshawar in the year 2016. The purpose behind its establishment was to Provide facility of Technical and Professional education in the larger interest of the marginalized, disadvantaged and poor communities as well as the socially and economically handicapped and down trodden youths of District Bajaur.  IPS College believes in teamwork and innovative/leading-edge courses are offering so that to improve the life standards, improvement of socio-economic condition and to create income generating sources as well as to build their capacities on sustainable grounds leading towards their self-respect, Self-decision, Self-reliance, and self- sufficiency in the area. 

Our Vision

Imparting trainings on demand driven trades like computer and English Language etc.  to the unskilled/illiterate youth of District Bajaur including part of District Dir (lower) and Ambar Tehsil of District Mohmand. So that the socially handicapped communities may able to improve and develop their life standard and create income generation sustainable sources for their dignified life..

Principal's Message

IPS College Bajaur paradigm is Skills, knowledge and participation to build a society of skilled youths and opportunities, where every ordinary individual has the ability to develop his natural endowments.  Skills increases spectrum of opportunities for an individual, besides enlightenment in his faith and purpose of life. Based on our vision, the following are our guiding principles/ objectives: Prepare skilled force of youths in the area. Paint the imagination of society with Dawn of an era of hope, confidence and responsibility. Resolve for revival of “commitment to skills in our culture” Reduce unemployment in the shape of skilled youths. Continuous professionalism improvement and “making best the better”. Module 1: Foundations of Graphic Design

• What graphic design is, and its fields (branding, print, web, social media, packaging)
• Elements of design: line, shape, color, texture, space, form
• Principles of design: balance, contrast, alignment, hierarchy, repetition, proximity
• Color theory: RGB, CMYK, color wheel, palettes, color psychology
• Typography basics: font families, pairing, spacing, readability
• Layout and composition, grids, and visual hierarchy
• Print vs. digital: resolution, DPI/PPI, bleed, file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, PSD, AI)
• Computer basics for designers: file management, shortcuts, fonts, workflow

Module 2: Adobe Photoshop (Raster Graphics)

• Interface, workspace, document setup, and navigation
• Selections: marquee, lasso, magic wand, quick selection, select and mask
• Layers, layer styles, blending modes, smart objects, and groups
• Photo retouching: clone stamp, healing brush, patch tool, frequency separation
• Color correction: levels, curves, hue/saturation, color balance

Module 12: Final Project and Assessment

• A complete brand identity project (logo, stationery, social media kit, brochure)
• A mini campaign using both AI and manual design

Suggested Schedule

For a shorter 3-month version, you could merge Modules 4 and 8 into optional add-ons and focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and the AI tools.

Fee structure

IPS College Bajaur provides Technical and Professinal Training Facility at a very low fee in all over Technical Instiute of Khyber Pakthunkhwa @ Rs. 700 per month. The fee for each program is listed on the Programs page. For the current admission fee, monthly fee and instalment plan please contact the office.

on Registration to any Course, the Fee Structure and prospectus of the College is Provided to the Students online as well as on physical visits.

The institute helps talented and deserving students with fee concessions and faciliate Students through Various Government and Non-Government Organizations scholarships and Free Trainings.

Till Date Various Free Courses were Provide to the Students through multiple Donors.

1. Digital Konnect Program for merged Districts under Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Science, Technology and Information Technology (ST & IT) Department funded program more than 400 students completed various free courses from the institute.

2. KP-RETP Digital Skills Program under IP University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Peshawar more than 300 Students facilited free IT and Technical Courses 

3. Paiman Alumni Trust Islamabad- Trained 35 students under the non-Government Organization.

4. FATA Development Authority (Youth On-Job Program). under this initiave we provided on-job training to more than 25 students after completion of 03-06 months  trainings and skills were utilized in the College for professionalism in the gained skills.
